Rachel Z Riley Beauty provides hairstylists and makeup artists (“Creators”) with access to education, coaching, and tools to grow their bridal businesses and allows users (“Customers”) to purchase these resources through our platform (collectively, the “Service”).

This Privacy Policy explains the personal information we collect from Creators, Customers, and other Site visitors and Service users (collectively, “you”), how we use and share that information, and your choices concerning our information practices. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.

2. NO REFUND POLICY FOR DIGITAL SERVICES

All purchases of digital courses, coaching programs, memberships, templates, and other downloadable or online services are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
• Digital products are considered “delivered” once you are granted access to the content or receive the materials.
• Due to the nature of digital goods and services, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are not provided under any circumstances.
• Monthly memberships: You may cancel your membership at any time, but you will not receive a refund for any unused time within the billing cycle. You must request cancellation at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
• One-time payment programs and coaching services: These purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of usage.

3. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your Bridal Hair Blueprint Membership or any other recurring subscription, you must email support@rachelzrileycoaching.com at least 48 hours before your next billing date to ensure your membership is canceled before the next charge.
• Membership cancellations are processed manually. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is complete.
• Cancellation requests received less than 48 hours before the renewal date may still be charged for the upcoming billing cycle.

We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of your membership.

4. HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may use your personal information to:
• Provide and improve our services, including access to coaching, courses, and resources.
• Personalize your experience based on your preferences and engagement.
